Experience: 4-5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans to meet company objectives.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Should be skilled in google ads, meta ads and app marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
• Marketing the apps on social media to reach a wider audience and increase the downloads of the App.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
• 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in App Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Capable of developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
• Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve results.
• Strong data analysis skills to optimize marketing efforts.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to changes.
