Role Summary:
We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive and execute the brand strategy for i2e. S/he will focus on curating i2e’s brand presence, across services, social, and people, while supporting other marketing specialists within the team.
As part of your responsibilities, you will drive the end-to-end brand for i2e. You will take the lead on building traffic, journey optimizations, customer experience and management reporting.
The role involves strategy, execution and requires you to be creative, monitor, evaluate, communicate ideas across the organization. You will work closely with other marketing specialists, account development team, practice leads whilst being a core member of the Marketing team.
Qualification : Degree in digital marketing

Responsibilities
Strategize
• Develop the i2e branding strategy across services, social and people that is aligned with i2e’s goals.
• Work towards building brand i2e through strategic partnerships such as employer branding partnerships, brand recognition partners, media partnerships.
Execute
Employer Branding
• Drive i2e’s employer brand: Support the content development and creation for all recruitment needs including, website, collateral, hiring campaigns, job descriptions and suggesting new ways to engage talent.
• Manage all recruitment marketing (social & brand) efforts and partner with recruiting team to drive campaigns with the objective of increasing quality applicants, growing brand awareness, and career site traffic to targeted candidates.
• Drive the Employee Value Proposition and talent attraction strategy externally and internally.
• Drive PR across channels to target potential and existing talent, reinforcing i2e as an employer of choice.
Social
• Drive i2e’s presence on social media channels, across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Research audience preferences for i2e’s core offerings and draft content mapped to the buyer persona.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily for i2e’s social media presence.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Content
• Develop content assets aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
• Liaise with content team to ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize content according to SEO.
• Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.
Monitor
• Evaluate progress against benchmark metrics monthly, quarterly, and present reports on outcomes.
• Create dashboards that capture KPIs (both qualitative & quantitative) & share inputs with other marketing team members.
KPIs for Success
• Increase in follower count, engagement rate across social media channels.
• Recognition of brand i2e across different employer branding mediums.
• Engagement score of content across different channels.
Knowledge & Skills
• Proven work experience as a social media manager/content manager/employer brand manager.
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree in digital marketing.
