Qualification : B.E, B.Tech, MCA or B.Sc (I.T).· Degree in computer-science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Experience : 10+ years
Responsibilties :
i. Create and/or drive the creation of architectures aligned with project roadmaps, platform strategies, governance policies, and standards.
ii. Ensure the feasibility of our products, understanding business needs, and making informed technology decisions.
iii. Actively participate in the development phase of project delivery, advising projects on technology and architecture trends for decision making
iv. Provide technical leadership, career development, and coaching for team members.
v. Willingness to step up in abstraction level to solve organizational issues and drive results in big projects.
vi. Provide direct sales support for sales team by building solutions providing solution design/recommendation presentations & general Q/A support for prospective customers.
vii. Collect and analyze prospective customer environment data (current infrastructure, application products implemented, product customizations) and assist in mapping business needs for the purpose of recommending solutions.
Requirements :
i. 10+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
ii. Strong understanding of architecture domains: Cloud, Security, and Data & AI.
iii. Proven experience with large-scale system integration and microservices architecture.
iv. Familiarity with enterprise software architectural patterns and frameworks.
v. Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases.
vi. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
vii. In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations and experience in regulated environments.
viii. Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ix. Demonstrated experience as a business-focused architect at an enterprise level.
x. Proven ability to create proof of concepts, demos, and scripts from scratch or by leveraging reusable components.
xi. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
xii. Experience in providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
xiii. Ability to work effectively with and manage stakeholders from all levels of an organization.
