After a complete analysis of the client’s needs, i2e customized and expanded the timecard module in Planisware. It was set up with reporting capabilities in Power BI, after configuring several new functionalities.  

Users can lock time across project activities and scheduled leaves to ensure accurate daily hour tracking. The system allows flexible entry and edits within a set period, while locked entries preserve data integrity. It also captures detailed inputs for projects, programs, and resources, with clear status indicators for saved and submitted records.

Email reminders will be sent to all users on missed out times. Resource managers get non-compliance notifications when employees in their team have missed entering the hours. A functionality to export data from the timesheets to SharePoint is given to generate reports in Power BI for comprehensive reports to the leadership.
