The problem

A large pharma sponsor had the right tools—but too much effort went into keeping them aligned.

They used a ticket system to track work, a separate system to request data, and additional tools to manage who was doing what. That created a hidden layer of non–value added work—Excel reports going to excel trackers, status reports, manual follow-ups—just to understand where things stood.

Meanwhile, with CluePoints, the team relied on a Python script to extract data and then make a report. It worked—but only when someone remembered to run it and manually share the output.

We built two direct API integrations that replaced manual effort with seamless flow: 

CluePoints

We automated the pull of signal and action data into the sponsor’s data lake. Teams could now access real-time reports without relying on manual scripts or shared files.

Ticket System

We connected tickets directly to the data lake. Users could request data from within the ticket. When data was ready, the ticket auto-updated. No email handoffs. No duplicate files.
