Business case

A global aviation industry leader was looking to upgrade their existing Planisware setup to E7 version. They have been running on V6 since its inception and due to the end of support for the version, they were looking to move to E7. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free migration, they wanted to get a third party’s independent opinion of how they can take advantage of the planned migration to E7.

They were also looking for an expert led PPM tool and process audit. The client was looking for recommendations on how best to optimize the existing investments and provide a more comprehensive PPM solution, that leverages PPM industry best practices to enable and accelerate the decision-making process.

Our solution

Keeping the complexities in mind, i2e was brought in as a PPM specialty consultant firm to evaluate their current business processes and to recommend innovative digital improvements and transformations.

SME- led level zero assessment  

  • Conducted an independent needs and opportunities assessment of the client’s current Planisware implementation and PPM processes.
  • Proposed a migration plan that maximizes the business benefit for the planned migration from Planisware Version v6 to E7.
